PARENT TIPOFF MEETING
We are super excited about the upcoming basketball season! In order to prepare for the busy months ahead we wanted to share some information with Bulldog parents. We know that the kickoff meeting is jam packed with important information. We will have time to answer questions during the meeting but we also want to make sure if we miss something that we have your email in our contact list and that you have joined the parent GroupMe (links below). Between the Coaches Band App, GroupMe and an occasional email we hope to share as much detail as we can about events, volunteer needs, and logistics. The more parents we have involved the better this year will be.

One of our most important jobs as parents and Booster Club members is to support the coaches and the boys and raise money to improve the facilities and experiences for the team.

Each section below includes important information about the needs of the team. Some items are required, a couple are highly recommended but not required. We have broken out each area so you can better understand some detail. Once you have completed each area go to your cart and complete your purchase. For parents with multiple boys in the program please note items that are per player.

We also understand that some may not be able to pay these fees now and we are happy to work with anybody who needs flexibility. Please contact our Treasurer at the email below and they will assist. ​

Season tipoff event at EMHS main gym, All Teams (V, JV, Freshman) , Edmond Middle Schools invited. Will be a time for intrateam competition and mock practice, parent vs player games and much more...

Taste of Memorial Nov 13, Thursday 5:30
ToM is a fun and food filled event held at Memorial in the Commons area with multiple food vendors sharing some of their hallmark selections. Your ticket gets you a plate full of great food and don't forget the silent auction with tons of great items to bid on. This fundraiser event helps all sports across campus.

Media Fee
(Required)
This fee covers the costs associated with media day for all teams. Copies of all photos taken during media day will be shared with each player and photos and videos will be used on social platforms throughout the year.
Please purchase 1 per player.
Player Support Fee
(Required)
The support fee covers the daily maintenance of each team's health and cleanliness, including uniform and locker room cleaning beyond the standard facility support provided by the district. Supplies such as soap are consistently ordered via Amazon subscription.

Travel Meals
(Required)
The booster club provides meals for away games so that every player can be fed and energized before game time . The costs reflect the total number of away games for the Freshman/JV/Varsity teams as well as a snack/light meal for return trips for games that are over an hour away.
We also need volunteers for each team to help coordinate and prepare food. Please sign up!

"Big Booster" Fees

(Highly Encouraged)
Big booster raises money and supports all sanctioned EMHS sports clubs. Although we have our own sanctioned organization, we participate in the "Big Booster" as they provide matching dollars and other benefits to our team. We would like all families to purchase a membership (one per household) and at least 4 tickets to the Taste of Memorial, which is the primary fundraiser for the Big Booster. The Taste of Memorial is a fun, food filled event held on campus Nov 13th at 5:30pm. Come taste food from a variety of restaurants who support many sports teams and bid on fantastic silent auction baskets ...maybe even bid more on the boys basketball baskets! (You have the option to sell your tickets if you can't attend.)
