H.O.O.P.S.

What is it?

Well, it stands for "Home Of Our Parents & Supporters". In short, it is the booster club for the boys' basketball program at Edmond Memorial High School. We work closely with the coaching staff to provide support for our Freshman, Sophomore, Jr. Varsity, and Varsity teams.

What does H.O.O.P.S. do?

Our purpose is to serve as an extension of the Edmond Memorial basketball family. At EMHS, there are many more students involved in the basketball program than just the number of players that suit up for games. All of our student athletes are important to us. We want to include as many as possible in the various H.O.O.P.S. activites throughout the year.

How does H.O.O.P.S. work?

No one wants to sell t-shirts, etc., at a Bulldog Basketball Game; so we don't ask our members to! Instead, H.O.O.P.S. plans to raise funds for our program this year through three primary sources:

The funds generated from these three sources will allow our players to be in better shape, travel easier and safer, enjoy meals together, bond during an off-season team camp, and to utilize better practice and game facilities.

What's in it for H.O.O.P.S. Members?

While our first and foremost function is the benefit of the EMHS boys' basketball program, H.O.O.P.S. members aren't left with nothing. Each H.O.O.P.S. member receives several perks throughout the year, including:
